MEN Core Standards
Membership Standards
The criteria for joining MEN, maintaining active membership, and the grounds on which membership may be reviewed. Entry is based on character, commitment, and contribution.
Circle Standards
The operational standards for a functioning MEN Circle — meeting frequency, accountability practices, confidentiality requirements, and the role of the Circle Lead.
Chapter Standards
The standards every MEN chapter must meet to maintain recognition — governance compliance, active membership, community presence, and annual reporting.
Conduct Standards
The behavioral expectations of every MEN brother — grounded in the creed, enforced through the culture, and reviewed through the accountability structures of the circle and chapter.

Complete MEN Standards & Policy documents are available to active MEN members through the member portal. Chapter Leads and Circle Leads receive full governance documentation upon certification.
