MEN Chapters
Locally led. Globally aligned. Built to last.
What Is a MEN Chapter?
A MEN chapter is the primary expression of the brotherhood in a community — a city, a region, a sector, or a diaspora context. It is where the creed, the pillars, and the culture of MEN are brought to life by men who know each other, live near each other, and are accountable to each other.
A chapter is made up of multiple Circles — the peer accountability units of 6–10 men where the real work of brotherhood happens day to day. The chapter provides the structure, the programs, and the community presence that individual circles cannot sustain alone.
“A chapter is not an outpost. It is a headquarters
the place where MEN takes root in a community and grows into something that outlasts the men who planted it.”
Chapter Types
Geographic Chapters
City and national chapters building brotherhood in local communities. The most common form — men who live and lead in the same place.
Diaspora Chapters
Chapters for millennial men building lives abroad, away from their home communities. MEN crosses borders — because millennial men do.
Sector-Based Chapters
Chapters connecting men by profession, industry, or shared context — entrepreneurs, professionals, creatives, educators. Shared language, shared challenges, shared accountability.
All chapters are locally led. All chapters are globally aligned.
What Every MEN Chapter Maintains
Governance Compliance
Every chapter operates within MEN’s governance framework — meeting standards, submitting reports, and maintaining accountability to the MEN Council.
Active Circles
A functioning chapter has active, accountable peer circles — not just a membership list. Brotherhood happens in circles, not in meetings.
Community Presence
Every chapter is expected to have a visible, positive presence in its community — through service, mentorship, and leadership that earns respect beyond the brotherhood.
Find a Chapter
Look for an existing MEN chapter in your city, region, sector, or diaspora community. If a chapter exists near you, the first step is to connect with the Chapter Lead.
Start a Chapter
No chapter where you are? MEN is growing — and the men who start chapters are among the most significant contributors to the long-term mission.
