MEN is for millennial men — born between 1981 and 1996 — who are done drifting and ready to build.
It is for the man who wants brothers who will tell him the truth, not just affirm him. For the man who is serious about his growth, his wealth, his leadership, and the legacy he is building. For the man who understands that the best version of himself is built in community, not isolation.
MEN is not for men who want passive membership, social validation, or a network to mine for personal gain. It is for men who want to give as much as they receive — and build something that outlasts them.

What Being a MEN Brother Means
Active Circle Membership
You will be placed in — or help form — a peer accountability Circle of 6–10 brothers. This is the core of MEN membership. Circles meet regularly. Attendance is expected.
Living the Creed
The MEN Creed is not a decoration. It is a standard. You agree to hold yourself to it and to allow your brothers to hold you to it.
Contributing to the Brotherhood
MEN brothers give. To the Cares Fund. To legacy projects. To their chapter community. To the brothers around them. Passive membership is not membership.
Growing Through the Academy
Every MEN brother engages with the MEN Academy curriculum — not as a student, but as a man committed to not standing still.
The Joining Process
Step 1 — Express Your Interest
Complete the expression of interest form below. Tell us who you are, where you are, and why MEN.
Step 2 — Connect With a Chapter
A MEN representative will connect you with the nearest chapter or, if no chapter exists nearby, explore how to establish one.
Step 3 — Begin Orientation
New members go through a MEN orientation — meeting the creed, the culture, the pillars, and the brothers who will become your circle. Then it begins.
