The MEN Cares Fund is MEN’s welfare and emergency support mechanism. It exists because brotherhood is not just for the good times — it is for the hard ones too.
When a brother faces a sudden crisis — financial hardship, medical emergency, family loss, or displacement — the MEN Cares Fund activates. Not as charity. As brotherhood.

What the MEN Cares Fund Covers
Emergency Support
Immediate financial assistance for brothers facing sudden, unexpected crises — job loss, urgent medical costs, displacement, or critical need.
Welfare Assistance
Ongoing support for brothers navigating extended hardship — not a handout, but a hand that stays until the brother is back on his feet.
Family Bereavement Support
Practical care and financial support for brothers who have lost a loved one. The brotherhood carries the weight when a man cannot.
The Process
Step 1 — A Need Is Identified
A brother, his Circle Lead, or his Chapter Lead raises the need — formally and with care.
Step 2 — Confidential Verification
The Chapter or MEN Council verifies the need with full confidentiality and dignity. The process is designed to protect the brother’s honor, not expose his vulnerability.
Step 3 — Fund Activation
Approved support is released — swiftly, without bureaucracy, and without conditions attached to the brother’s dignity.
Step 4 — Ongoing Support
The brother is followed up through his Circle. The Fund is not a transaction — it is the beginning of the brotherhood walking with him through recovery.
Give to the Fund
The MEN Cares Fund is sustained by voluntary contributions from brothers. Every contribution strengthens the safety net that every brother can rely on.
